A handful a month
You sign the contracts yourself. NDAs from customers, the occasional vendor MSA marked up by their counsel. Beelor clears the standard ones; you approve when nothing flags.
Pay for contracts, not for tokens. Size, page count, and clause count never change the price.
You sign a plan based on how many contracts you run in a month, with top-ups for the spikes. Lawyer review is a separate line you only pay when you use it. No per-token surprises, no per-page surcharges.
Invite-only for now. We size your plan with you during onboarding.
Every plan runs the same pipeline: same playbook, same Slack workflow, same lawyer waiting for the hard ones. Tiers differ only by how many contracts cross your desk in a month. We size yours with you during onboarding.

Your team funnels every counterparty contract into one Slack channel. Beelor handles the standard ones; a Beelor lawyer takes the hard ones within a business day.
Hundreds of contracts a month, same-day lawyer turnaround on escalation, a quarterly review with senior counsel. The fractional-GC budget without the fractional GC.
Any single contract review - NDA, MSA, DPA, vendor agreement, anything. Size, page count, and clause count don’t change the price. A re-run on the same matter (e.g. the counterparty sent a v2) is one additional credit.
Only when the deterministic risk score lands a matter in the high-risk band - usually a hard-line clause violation or a novel term we can’t resolve from the playbook. You see the band on the dashboard before approving the escalation, so lawyer credits are never spent without your acknowledgement.
Two options. Buy a top-up pack (instant, never expires) or upgrade to the next tier on your next billing cycle. We never block a matter mid-pipeline; if you’re right at the line we let the matter complete and bill the extra credit on the next invoice.
Subscription credits roll over for 60 days, then expire. Top-up pack credits never expire. Top-ups are only consumed after subscription credits are exhausted, so packs you’ve bought stay safely in reserve.
Credits give us one knob to turn for new options without renaming the unit - e.g. a future expedited-turnaround option might cost two credits, leaving the rest of the model unchanged. For today’s product, one credit equals one contract; the abstraction doesn’t bite you.
Beelor is invite-only for now. Request an invite and we size a plan with you during onboarding.
Each matter has a hard cost ceiling on our side, set so a single pathological 200-page contract still fits inside one credit’s economics. You never see a surprise charge for a long contract. If a matter genuinely needs lawyer hours that don’t fit the model, lawyer review covers it; we won’t silently re-bill you outside the credit framework.
Yes. The dashboard breaks down spend per workspace and per step, so you can see exactly where credits went without waiting for an invoice.
