What this covers

This policy describes how Beelor handles personal data and the documents customers submit for their matters. It applies to the dashboard, the Slack integration, and the public pages on this site.

Data we process

Account details for the people who use Beelor: name, work email, role, and sign-in records.

The documents and related material you submit, the clauses we extract from them, and the audit trail of what happened on each matter. We store what the matter needs and nothing else.

The work you submit is processed to deliver your matter and is not used to train third-party models.

How we use it

To deliver the legal work you send us, including contract review, drafting, and advice.

To put a named lawyer on each matter, and on anything higher-risk.

To operate, secure, and support the service, including notifying you in Slack or by email when a matter needs your attention.

Retention and deletion

Customers can request export of their full tenant data, including the audit trail, at any time.

Customers can request deletion of their tenant data. Deleted data ages out of backups on a standard window.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data or share contract content with third parties for their own use.

We rely on a small set of processors to run the service - cloud infrastructure, model inference, and communication providers - each under a data processing agreement. A current list is available on request.
