Terms.
Agreement
Placeholder. These terms will govern use of Beelor by customers and their authorised users.
The service
Placeholder. Beelor reviews contracts against a playbook and returns a tracked-changes redline. Higher-risk matters are routed to a lawyer for review.
Beelor's output is a drafting aid. It does not create a lawyer-client relationship unless a Beelor lawyer is expressly engaged on a matter, and customers remain responsible for the contracts they sign.
Accounts and access
Placeholder. Access is currently invite-only. Customers are responsible for the activity of their authorised users.
Credits and billing
Placeholder. Use of the service is metered in credits. Specific pricing and billing terms are agreed during onboarding.
Confidentiality and data
Placeholder. How contract content and customer data are handled is described in the privacy policy and any data processing addendum.
Liability and changes
Placeholder. Warranty, liability, and how we notify customers of changes to these terms.
