Legal notices.
About Beelor
Beelor is a legal services business providing corporate, commercial and technology legal support to companies. In this notice, "Beelor", "we" and "us" mean the business operating as Beelor at beelor.ai. Our services are provided only under a signed engagement letter.
Regulatory status: England and Wales
Beelor is not a law firm and is not authorised or regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) or by any other approved regulator under the Legal Services Act 2007.
Beelor's legal services are provided by, or under the supervision of, a solicitor of England and Wales who is regulated by the SRA in their personal capacity. That personal authorisation and regulation does not extend to Beelor, to its other personnel, or to the services Beelor provides. The solicitor remains bound by the SRA Principles and the SRA Code of Conduct for Solicitors when providing services through Beelor. The identity of the solicitor responsible for your matter, and their SRA registration details, will be given to you in your engagement letter.
Reserved legal activities
Beelor provides only non-reserved legal services. We do not carry out, and are not authorised to carry out, any of the reserved legal activities defined in the Legal Services Act 2007, namely the exercise of a right of audience, the conduct of litigation, reserved instrument activities (including certain conveyancing), probate activities, notarial activities, and the administration of oaths. Where a matter requires a reserved legal activity, we will tell you and, where appropriate, refer you to a firm authorised to carry it out.
Regulatory protections that do not apply
Because Beelor is not regulated by the SRA, certain protections that apply to SRA-regulated firms are not available to you:
The SRA Compensation Fund does not apply to any services provided by Beelor.
The Legal Ombudsman scheme, which handles complaints about SRA-regulated firms, does not apply to Beelor.
United States: services not yet available
Beelor's services are not currently available in the United States. Any reference on this site to United States services describes services in development that are not yet offered.
Nothing on this website is an offer or solicitation to provide legal services in any United States jurisdiction, constitutes legal advice under the law of any United States jurisdiction, or creates any attorney-client relationship. No person associated with Beelor is holding themselves out through this site as admitted to practise law in any United States jurisdiction. We will publish the applicable United States regulatory information before any United States service goes live.
